An opportunity for teacher assessments to be moderated across all schools in the Trust to ensure accurate and secure judgments of children’s writing ability against national standards. With safer recruitment being a statutory requirement, schools must ensure that their policies and procedures are compliant and that at least one employee involved in the interview process is trained in safer recruitment.
